I often think about the many friends that I’ve made along the way; people who started out as my customers, but grew to play a very important role in my life. The list keeps getting longer and longer as Big Country Tours continues to expand.
When asked why I started Big Country Tours, the answer is simple, customer service…or lack of. It’s something I feel is missing in many of the larger tour companies. I started this company knowing that to be successful, I would have to provide customer service on a completely different level. The continued and successful growth of Big Country Tours is accomplished by being constantly mindful of our commitment to that personalized level of service.
I cannot describe the emotion that comes from seeing the wide-eyed expression on a student's face when they stand beneath the Statue of Liberty for the very first time or the sheer joy when they shake Mickey’s hand! It’s tremendously rewarding to know that Big Country Tours played a part in creating that once in a lifetime experience for them. This personal travel experience alone is one of the biggest motivating factors in providing student tours.
